Configure one addon: details, rates, taxes, amenities, and images

Everything about a single addon:

General — name, type, description, display order, and status. The Calculation Type controls how multi-day rentals are charged: Nightly (like a unit stay) or Daily (each calendar day counts).
Rates — nightly and weekly rates per season. Toggle Show Past to see concluded seasons. Rates for all addons at once are edited on the Addon Rates grid.
Taxes — choose which of your property’s taxes apply to this addon.
Amenities — toggle the amenities this addon offers, optionally with a note or quantity.
