The home page is your day-at-a-glance view of the property. It surfaces who is arriving and departing today, which reservations still need attention, and a two-week calendar of every unit.

Arrivals & Departures

Reservations scheduled to arrive or depart today. Use Checkin and Checkout to process guests as they come and go. Departing reservations show the total and any outstanding balance, with a Rebook shortcut to set up the guest’s next stay. Expand a row to see the reservation’s unit stays and add-ons.

Pending Reservations

Reservations awaiting approval or confirmation. Each row shows the order number, guest, items, dates, total, and outstanding balance. Open the row menu to approve, send a confirmation, or view the reservation.

Resource Calendar

Every unit and add-on on a timeline, grouped by type, with reservations drawn as bars. Step backward and forward in time, jump to Today, switch to a month view, or peek a year ahead with +1 yr. Click a reservation bar to open it.
